Aquora® AQ TX595-labeled Goat anti-Rat (H&L) is a highly adsorbed antibody with minimal cross reactivity to mouse, human, bovine, and horse IgGs. It is useful in fluorescent immunodetection applications using rat host primary antibodies, multiple labeling and murine source materials. The Goat anti-Rat antibody has been covalently labeled with sulforhodamine 101 utilizing our exclusive SuperHydrophilic technology, designed to improve solubility and reduce non-specific binding, while maintaining photophysical properties of spectrally comparable dyes (Texas Red®).
