AQuora® 488-labeled Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) adsorbed to rabbit, human, bovine, horse, and swine serum proteins are useful in fluorescent-based immunodetection applications. The adsorption profile (rabbit, human, bovine, horse, swine) makes this product suitable for multiplexing in immunofluorescent applications, fluorescent immunostaining of rabbit and human tissues, and applications using either bovine, horse, or swine serum in media or buffers. Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) has been covalently labeled with a xanthene-based dye utilizing our exclusive SuperHydrophilic technology, designed to improve solubility and reduce non-specific binding while maintaining photophysical properties of spectrally comparable dyes (Alexa Fluor® 488 and DyLight® 488). AQuora® 488-labeled Goat anti-Mouse IgG (H&L) is useful in the classic range of applications, including immunostaining (IF-frozen; IF-paraffin; IF-ICC), fluorescent western blots, and flow cytometry.
