t-boc-N-amido-dPEG®x-acid
Our t-boc-N-amido-dPEG®x-acid product line provides versatile tools for tailoring peptide structure and modifying physical properties to meet precise needs. Five lengths of dPEG® (4, 8, 12, 24, and 36) are available for incorporation on the N-terminal end of a peptide chain or the side chains of lysine or arginine. These products can also be incorporated into the middle of a growing peptide chain to provide flexibility and spacing between regions of the chain. The dPEG® spacers increase hydrophilicity, hydrodynamic volume, and in vivo half-life and reduce immunogenicity. Acidic conditions readily remove the tert-butyl protecting group, exposing the terminal amine.
Try our t-boc-N-amido-dPEG®x-acid products today and discover the dPEG® difference.
